Objectives
International meeting on digital technologies serving dairy sheep farmers in the Roquefort PDO sector. Visit of a farm and demonstration of milk meters. Knowledge exchange among participants on the demonstrations, the adoption of digital tools, and the analysis of their costs and benefits.
Rencontre internationale sur le numérique au service des éleveurs de brebis laitières de la filière AOP Roquefort. Visite d’une ferme et démonstration de compteurs à lait. Echange de connaissances entre les participants autour des démonstrations, de l’adoption des outils et de l’analyse de leurs coûts et bénéfices.
