Cloughjordan Community Farm

This was organised by the Cultivate as part of the Feeding Ourselves Community of practice (see the link below). It was designed for stakeholders across the agri-food spectrum - farmers, food producers, people involved in short food supply chains, researchers, consumers. The aim was to have a better understanding the functionality of a digital farmers market and its relationship to a farm. The technology showcased was a digital farmers market and its relationship to the farm. It took place at the Cloughjordan Community farm and Cloughjordan Enterprise centre 24th March 2024. We organised this event to showcase the technology and the benefits fo open source non proprietary digital farmers markets.
