To address connectivity challenges and diverse microclimates within vineyards, we aim to identify optimal IoT infrastructure for winemakers. We employ IoT and LoRaWAN technology for a resilient infrastructure addressing connectivity issues, rugged terrain, and diverse microclimates in the same vineyard. Deploying microclimate, soil moisture, rain, and leaf wetness sensors across Doppler winery, our system transmits data to a dashboard, ensuring continuous availability and informed decision-making. By integrating IoT solutions, we strive to enhance sustainability across environmental, economic, and social dimensions, ensuring a holistic impact on agricultural practices.
